Scope and the website demo
These terms apply to the Petdoro website and app, to the extent of the features actually offered. Features may vary by version or platform.
The website timer demo does not require an account, does not sync with the app and does not grant in-app gold, gems or rewards. It is a temporary demo session; progress resets when you close the page.
Accounts and sign-in security
App features may require you to create or sign in to an account. Provide accurate information when needed, keep your password and sign-in methods secure and only access accounts you are authorized to use.
You are reasonably responsible for activities you carry out or authorize on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@petdoro.com for help. Petdoro will not ask you to email your password or verification codes.
Responsible use
Respect other Petdoro users and use the service lawfully. You must not:
- Cheat, use unauthorized automation, exploit bugs or manipulate focus sessions, advertisements or reward systems.
- Impersonate, harass or threaten others, or share content that violates their privacy or rights.
- Break into accounts or systems, distribute malware, bypass safeguards or disrupt the service.
- Collect other people's data or use the service without authorization.
If you discover a bug or abuse, report it to Petdoro instead of continuing to exploit it.
Pets, virtual items and transactions
Pets, gold, gems and virtual items are for the Petdoro experience. They are not cash, are not a means of payment outside the app and do not carry a right to cash redemption. Do not sell or transfer them outside features expressly permitted by Petdoro.
If a version offers paid transactions, the price, contents and relevant conditions must be shown before you confirm. Transactions are also subject to the applicable store or payment provider's payment, cancellation or refund conditions and your mandatory legal rights. These terms do not mean that every current version offers purchases or subscriptions.
Rewards depend on feature conditions and confirmation of valid activity. Petdoro may correct rewards granted in error or reverse benefits obtained through cheating; contact support if you believe a mistake has been made.
Intellectual property and your content
Petdoro and its licensors retain their rights in the service's software, branding, artwork, audio and content. You may use these through the features provided; unauthorized copying, distribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited. Uses permitted by law remain available to you.
You retain your rights in content you provide, such as a display name or avatar, and must have permission to use it. You allow Petdoro to process, store and display that content only as needed to operate the features you use, such as profiles and friend features. This does not transfer ownership of your content to Petdoro.
Service availability and limitations
Petdoro supports focus habits but does not guarantee particular study, work or concentration results. Choose session lengths that suit you and keep a separate copy of important information.
Maintenance, network connections, technical faults or external providers may interrupt the service. Petdoro aims to address problems within reasonable capabilities but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change; changes that materially affect your interests or confirmed transactions will be handled according to the disclosed conditions and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes users' mandatory legal rights.
Stopping use and addressing violations
You may stop using Petdoro at any time. Signing out, closing the website or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or data stored on servers. For account help or a data deletion request, follow the Privacy Policy or contact support@petdoro.com.
Petdoro may restrict or suspend access when there are reasonable grounds to believe there is a violation, fraud or security risk. Measures will be proportionate to the situation; Petdoro will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve it where practicable. Protecting users or systems, or meeting legal requirements, may require immediate action.
If you disagree with a decision, you may contact support to request a review, share relevant information and receive an appropriate explanation. Ending access does not remove mandatory rights relating to completed transactions.
Privacy and external services
The Privacy Policy explains data processing on the website and in the app, its purposes, service providers and how to submit data-related requests.
Features such as external sign-in, notifications or optional advertisements may involve services operated by third parties. Their policies and terms apply to the parts they operate. Petdoro remains responsible for data processing within its own scope.
Updates to these terms
Petdoro may update these terms when features or operations change. The current version appears on this page with its update date. For significant changes affecting your rights and obligations, Petdoro will provide appropriate notice and seek consent when required.
Please review the terms when notified. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the service and contact support about your account or earlier transactions.
