How to send a request
Email support@petdoro.com from the address associated with your account if you still have access. Clearly state that you want to delete your Petdoro account and related information, and include your display name, registered email if any, and sign-in method (email, Google or Facebook).
If you use Google/Facebook sign-in or no longer have access to your old email, describe the situation so support can help verify ownership. Do not include passwords, verification codes or sensitive identity documents in your first email.
Verification and processing
Support needs to verify account ownership before processing to prevent someone else from requesting deletion of your account. The team will respond with next steps, the data involved and a timeframe appropriate to the request.
Requests are received by email; clicking the button does not immediately delete your account. If you change your mind before the request is processed, reply in the same email thread to let support know.
Information covered by the request
An account deletion request covers your account and related information managed by Petdoro, depending on the features you have used:
- Profile information and sign-in links.
- Focus session history, progress, pets and virtual items.
- Friends, focus room information and notification tokens associated with the account.
Support will confirm the specific scope when handling the request. Once deleted, your account, progress and related items may not be recoverable.
Information that may need to be retained
Some information may need to be kept to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect the service against fraud and abuse. If a retention exception applies, support will explain the information involved, the reason and the applicable period when responding to your request.
Information independently controlled by external providers, such as Google or Facebook, must be managed through their own channels. Deleting your Petdoro account does not delete your Google/Facebook account. See the Privacy Policy for more about data providers.
Before you leave
Signing out, uninstalling the app or disabling notifications does not delete your server account. If you only need a break, you can stop using the app without requesting deletion.
If you want to request deletion of specific information rather than the whole account, explain this in your email for guidance. The app currently has no self-service account deletion button; support email is the request channel provided by this page.
